Sorry, we don't ship to Canada.

Our German products are imported from Germany from different exclusive importers.

Nowhere else than USA. No international shipping.

Handling Time
3-4 business days to pack and ship (it also can happen faster). If an item is out of stock, you can pre-order it and it may take up to 14 days until it gets shipped. The products have to be ordered from the importer and this can take some time.

Should you need your order right away, please select next day or two-day shipping and send us an email after the check out. 

Seasonal products are available only in limited quantities eg. Christmas items or new product introductions. You can pre-order these items regularly in the shop. Even we have them not quite in stock you can make your selection. We recommend this because eg for Christmas many items can be sold out if you wait too long to order them.

Shipping Service
Right now we offer shipping with UPS and USPS. You can select the option when going through the checkout process.
The shipping time varies and can be from 2-6 business days depending on your location.
We are conveniently located in the middle of the USA, in Tennessee. Still shipping to California or Oregon will take between 5 business days (or longer especially during the holiday season).
At this time we don't ship perishable items like sausages or frozen products.


Rolls and Bread are perishable products and are frozen at our location. During the shipping time they will thaw.
The bread and rolls must be baked right away after delivery. Make sure the box is not exposed to intense sunshine or heavy rain at the delivery location.

OR, CA, AZ, CO, WA, NM, NV, MT, ID, UT, WY, ND, SD because of the rolls and bread. Shipping to FL only with 2 Day.

If you are located in one of those states above you can choose a bread mix or packaged bread instead.

TRACK Your Package

Please check the tracking link that will be sent to you right after the box has shipped. You will exactly see when you can expect the delivery.

USPS priority shipping TN
During the hot summer months from June-October we don't ship chocolates or any products that can be negatively affected by the heat.
Every order comes with a tracking number and after the order has shipped this tracking code will be emailed to you. 
We always will get the best possible shipping service for you. It can happen that you choose UPS for shipping but when we do the shipping process we may send it per USPS First Class as suggested by the SHOPIFY shopping system.  

IMPORTANT: The Holiday Season 
During the holiday season (October-Mid December) order picking, packing and shipping may take longer (between 4-5 business days).
Please order in advance.

The Orders may ship in multiple boxes and arrive separately. We take great care to ensure that your products arrive in good condition.

Handling Fees & Sales Tax
We don't add a handling fee at this time. Local sales tax will be added automatically to the order if it is necessary.

Minimum Order
We have a minimum order of $20.00

Coupon Codes
We offer coupon codes that can be redeemed at the checkout. These coupon codes are good for a certain time and can be used only one time. The codes can be generic or customized to specific customers.

Receipt of Product and Refunds
Whenever you order please use a ship-to address where someone will be available to accept the package at the time of delivery (home or business). We don't ship to PO boxes.
If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and some damage should occur (i.e. breakage or theft) as a result of delay in claiming the package, we cannot take any responsibility and will not refund your purchase.

Damaged Products and Refunds
Some of the products such as jams come in glass jars and can break during delivery. We make any effort to pack our shipments as secure and tight as possible, but cannot guarantee that a breakage will not occur.
If you receive damaged products, please take a photo and send it to right away after you discovered the damage (within 12 hours). Of course we will re-ship the damaged item or issue a refund.

Return Policy
Important: All purchases are final.
 Please check your order carefully before process it.

For certain situations we do not offer store credits or refunds if

  • Products were delivered intact and as described, but don't match the personal taste of the recipient (eg. I don't like the taste).
  • Products delivered were opened or partially used.
  • The person ordering provided an incorrect/false shipping address.
  • The person ordering selected products or quantities in error.
  • The person receiving the order was not present when the order was delivered.
  • The purchase problem was not reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Errors due to fraudulent orders. does not provide any refunds for shipping and/or handling fees on orders.


Address Formatting Instructions

To make sure your package gets to its destination, follow these instructions for entering a military address.

Which shippers can I use?

At this time, you can ONLY ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

  1. Do not use special characters or punctuation (such as %, &, ', -, ?, !, etc.).
  2. For Army, Navy, and Marines: Enter Unit Number and Box Number in the "Address" field.
    For Ships: Enter Ship Name and Hull Number.
    For Air Force: Enter PSC Number and Box Number.
  3. In "Address Line 2," enter optional military command or organization name (e.g., USAG J or 2/566 Postal Co.).
  4. In the "City" field, enter APO or FPO.
    Please note: We cannot ship to city codes other than APO or FPO for military shipments. Entering a city other than APO or FPO will result in your order being delayed or possibly canceled. Also, do not enter the state in this field. (Incorrect: APO AE, AE.) If you are stationed in a war zone, our system also may not recognize your address. Please review your entry for accuracy.
  5. In the "State" field, select one of the following:
    AE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada
    AA – Armed Forces Americas
    AP – Armed Forces Pacific
  6. In the "ZIP Code" field, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit. It must start with a 0 or 9. Any other ZIP codes in combination with AE, AA or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order. Your billing address ZIP code (or home address code) cannot be used in place of a military ZIP code.
  7. In the "Country" field, use the default choice of USA.
  8. In the "Phone" field, we suggest entering the phone number of a family member or friend who is stateside. We must receive a phone number before we are able to ship.
