Damaged Products and Refunds
Some of the products such as jams come in glass jars and can break during delivery. We make any effort to pack our shipments as secure and tight as possible, but cannot guarantee that a breakage will not occur.
If you receive any damaged products, please take a photo and send it to lovegermanfood@ gmail.com right away after you discovered the damage (within 12 hours).
Of course in such a case, you are eligible for reimbursement by the carrier and can file a claim.

Important: All purchases are final. Please check your order carefully before you process it.
STORE CREDITS OR REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer store credits or refunds if
- Products were delivered intact and as described, but don't match the personal taste of the recipient (eg. I don't like the taste).
- Products ordered and paid accordingly by buyer, then shipped but then a claim is made that he/she didn't order it.
- The person ordering provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Products delivered were opened or partially used during transit.
- The person ordering selected products or quantities in error.
- The person receiving the order was not present when the order was delivered hence the package sits for days in front of the door.
- The purchase problem was not reported within 12 hours after the delivery per Tracking information.
- Errors due to fraudulent orders.
- Packages were stolen after delivery or disappeared mysteriously.
LoveGermanFood.com does not provide any refunds for shipping and/or handling fees on any orders.
