It's a combination of the delicious mushroom called Chanterelle, which is Pfifferling in German, and aromatic herbs, that makes a delicious creamy soup - It's of true Restaurant quality.
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 2 cups (500ml) of cold water in a pan.
Stir the content of the bag into the water, whisk well.
Bring to a boil while stirring.
Let simmer for 5-6 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Place some fresh chopped parsley into a bowl, then add the hot soup.
A good choice for a vegetarian nutrition.
