Kathi Russian Chocolate Cream Cheese Baking Mix 21.5oz
In German we call this cake "Russischer Zupfkuchen" which means Russian plunk cake.
The Kathi Russian Chocolate Cream Cheese Baking Mix will reveal a light cream cheese cake covered with dark chocolate chips. All dry ingredients are included, just add eggs, butter and quark, alternatively creme fraiche, cream cheese or Icelandic/Greek Yogurt.
- Just add for the dough: 140 g Butter 1 egg, and for the topping:
200 g melted and cooled off butter, 3 eggs, 750 g quark or cream cheese/yoghurt mix
